Supply your Form or Application Number in the required column using the following format – HND-2091 or PUTME-2269.

Finally, click on SUBMIT button to access your admission status.

Successfully admitted candidates are required to print their Niger State Polytechnic admission letter through http://www.polyzungeruonline.com/admission1.cfm.
