WAEC Set To Release Timetable In Few Days

Commencement of Examinations
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) as released to the public to disregard any form of cancellation of WAEC 2020.

This came from the Public Relation Officer (PRO) after series of messages was sent to the examination body on the rumours spreading that the examination as been cancelled and students might be forced to write GCE to obtain their O’level results which will be used as a requirement for admission into tertiary Institution.

The PRO further told the press that new timetable as been set for the examination, and series of conferencing is ongoing with other West Africa Nations to set aside preventive measures and begin the examination.

Some new subjects will be added to the timetable, such ad CIVIC EDUCATION (COMPULSORY), OFFICE PRACTICAL, MARKETING, DATA PROCESSING, HEALTH SCIENCE, ICT, COMPUTER STUDIES, HEALTH EDUCATION.

He advised all students to begin to prepare for the examination as there won’t be days/weeks for preparation and the examination will start with full action.

Also, he pleaded with parents to work with their children and wards to study more to make excellent results and come out with flying colours.
